The user undertakes to pay the rent for the tennis court according to the valid price list. In case of unpaid obligations, the user cannot book a tennis court.
Article 3
Court booking is possible exclusively through the mobile app, phone, or email. In case of abuse of the booking system, the operator reserves the right to sanction the user, who, in the operator's assessment, abuses the booking system, by blocking access to the booking system. The operator must immediately inform the user of the block.
Article 4
Booking is possible up to a maximum of 7 days in advance. Cancellation of booking is possible exclusively through the booking system, no later than 1 day before the start of the booking. In case of cancellation, the user will receive an automatic refund in the amount of the paid rent reduced by the commission fee.
In case of late cancellation of the booking, the user is obliged to pay the costs of the booking, regardless of whether the court was used in the selected booking.
In case of sudden adverse weather conditions occurring less than 1 day before the start of booking (rain, storm, strong wind), the user is obliged to notify the operator of the cancellation of the booking due to weather conditions by sending an SMS to the phone number 070 552 173. If the user fails to notify the operator, they are obliged to pay the booking costs, regardless of whether the court was used due to weather conditions.
Article 5
Users undertake to respect the rules of play:
1. If the court is not booked after the player booking during the winter season, the heating will be turned off at the end of the reservation. The lights will automatically turn off 10 minutes after the end of the booking.
2. Each user in the winter season turns on the lights and heating only on the court they have booked or was assigned during the booking.
3. The temperature in the winter season will be regulated according to external weather conditions. Due to the age of the facility, it should be noted that in case of a temperature drop below zero, it may not be possible to ensure optimal temperature.
4. Only coaches from the ŠD Tanko Šport club are allowed to conduct lessons on the tennis courts. The use of ball hooper/basket by other users is not permitted. The operator reserves the right to charge double the price of the playing hour to any user who uses a ball hooper/basket on the court and is not a coach from the ŠD Tanko Šport club, and to prohibit further use of the courts in the current calendar year.
5. Entry onto the court is only permitted in appropriate tennis attire, especially appropriate tennis shoes (correct sole profile).
6. Users must finish playing 5 minutes before the end of the reservation (the clock located in the tennis dome is authoritative). The user must drag the court with a drag mat before the end of the reservation.
7. If the court is dry before the start of the reservation, the user must sprinkle it with water.
Article 6
Users use the tennis courts at their own risk. During use, users are also responsible for the safety of everyone inside the fenced courts.
Article 7
The annual tennis season is expected to run from May to October, while the winter tennis season is from October to May.
⏱️ "What are the time restrictions for a court bookings?"
- Members
Members with a paid membership fee of 20 euros can book a court for a minimum of one hour and a maximum of two hours per day.
- Non-members
Non-members can book a court for one hour per day.
What surfaces are the tennis courts at TC Trnovo?
At TC Trnovo, both indoor and outdoor courts are clay courts.

For tennis players, parking is available inside the tennis center near the tennis hall, free of charge.
❌ "Do I get a refund in case of booking cancellation?
In case you have made a booking in the Str8 Sets system but cannot come to the reserved booking, you can cancel the booking up to 1 day before the selected booking, and the system will automatically refund your money minus the Stripe transaction costs (approximately 4%). If you cancel on the same day, the system will not refund your money.
