We offer you an exclusive place for your picnic, which is perfect for private parties, team building or other get-togethers with friends, colleagues, business partners, etc. in a relaxed environment. Our picnic area also accommodates a large number of people and is equipped with everything: a place to store food and drinks, a barbecue, an outdoor toilet, a playground, a lawn, everything you need for a good picnic.
Don't want to worry about organizing a picnic? We can arrange for you both food (outside contractors or our Tonač pizzas) and drinks in our bar at a more favorable price.
In order to ensure a pleasant atmosphere and a smooth flow of events at our picnic area, please observe the reservation conditions below.
General
Article 1
Najemodajalec nudi najemniku naslednje prostore, storitve in predmete:
– 7 tables and 10 benches,
– with a room located next to the picnic area for storing food and drinks, where:
– refrigerator,
– gas grill,
– shelving,
– counter,
– electricity,
– voda,
– travnati prostor, igrišče za košarko,
– toilets,
- sunshades.
According to the valid price list. The company TCT Pro d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices.
Article 2
The lessor offers the lessee other services:
- booking of tennis courts - as per applicable price list,
- rental of beach volleyball courts - as per applicable price list,
- picnic grill offer - 14 euros/person (minimum number of people: 20),
- cleaning - 50 euros.
Article 3
V kolikor ni prišlo do poškodb, kraje inventarja in je piknik prostor po zaključku v enakem stanju kot pred najemom (očiščen), se najemniku vrne varščina v višini 50,00 EUR, ki jo je najemnik ob prihodu pustil v lokalu (v gotovini).
Any damage caused by the lessee or any of his guests due to negligence or failure to follow instructions must be repaired by the lessee as soon as possible or the resulting damage settled.
Smeti morajo biti po koncu piknika nujno pospravljene in vreče smeti odložene v javnih smetnjakih – koši postavljeni po parku in pri lokalu temu niso namenjeni.
Article 4
The tenant undertakes to treat the facility appropriately and to follow the house rules and instructions and to use the facility for its intended purpose. If the tenant wants to rearrange the space for his premises or install appliances, he must make a prior agreement with the landlord.
- With the reservation, the tenant agrees to be aware that loud music and noise is prohibited throughout the day. If this is not taken into account, the lessor has the right to charge €100.00 for damage to the business carried out by TCT Pro d.o.o..

- By making a reservation, the tenant guarantees that he is aware of the law of Article 8 of the ZJRM-1 on violation of public order and peace and assumes responsibility for himself and his guests: "Whoever disturbs the peace or rest of people in an unauthorized way between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. with noise and it is not an urgent intervention-maintenance intervention, shall be fined from 83.46 to 208.65 euros.". The lessee is solely responsible for violations of law and order and assumes responsibility in the event of violations and/or intervention by public authorities.
– Najemnik se zaveže, da bo najem prostora zaključil najkasneje do 23.00 ure, da lahko najemodajalec pravočasno pripravi prostor za uporabo naslednji dan.
Article 5
Rezervacija je dokončno potrjena z vplačilom celotnega zneska, in sicer najemnine na TRR:

Cena: med tednom 150 eur, vikend 200 eur

Rezervacija mora biti v celoti plačana 3 dni po tem, ko najemnik prejme e-mail obvestilo, da je bila rezervacija prejeta.
Article 6
V primeru, da najemnik ne poravna celotnega zneska najemnine v predvidenem času, si najemodajalec pridržuje pravico, da rezervacijo prekliče brez predhodnega opozorila in sprosti termin.
Article 7
The lessee cannot sublet his agreed term of space and services to another user, except in agreement with the lessor.
Article 8
The tenant can cancel the contract up to 8 days before the reserved date of renting the picnic area, and then the entire amount paid will be returned to him, except for €30.00 administrative costs. If the tenant does not terminate the contract up to 8 days before the reserved date, 50 percent of the paid rent will be charged. In this case, the landlord can rent the picnic area to another tenant.
If the tenant moves the picnic from one date to another, it is necessary to pay 50% of the price of the new date.
Article 9
All responsibility for damage and consequences of the picnic is borne by the tenant of the picnic area.

By reserving and paying the use of the space and a deposit for possible damage, the tenant undertakes to respect and observe the stated rules.

🍽️ Is it allowed to bring your own food and drink?
You can bring food and drinks with you, as you have a refrigerator and shelves for storage.
Pri nas lahko ob rezervaciji naročite tudi pice Tonač. Število pic in okuse nam morate sporočiti vsaj en teden pred datumom piknika. Cena pice je 9 EUR.

🐶 Are dogs allowed in the picnic area?
Psi so v na piknik prostoru dobrodošli, vendar le pod pogojem, da imajo odgovorne lastnike 😇. Psi morajo biti privezani in pod stalnim nadzorom lastnika. Lastniki psov morajo počistiti za svojim psom in psa ne smejo spuščati v park, saj je park namenjen otrokom in športni rekreaciji.
🏀 What activities are possible when booking a picnic area?
A grass area, a basketball court and playgrounds for children are available for various activities.
🌧️ What happens in case of bad weather?
A canopy is available in case of bad weather. In case of bad weather, the tenant can cancel the reservation up to 8 days before the reserved date of renting the picnic area and then the entire amount paid will be returned to him, except for the €30.00 administrative costs. In this case, the landlord can rent the picnic area to another tenant.

🚗 Is there a parking space available?
We have parking spaces available in our center. In front of the entrance to our center is a green fence, next to which there is a bell that you press to enter the park. No. of parking spaces are limited, so parking for a larger number of cars must be agreed in advance.
💰 What is the rental price?
Cena najema piknik prostora je med tednom 150 eur/dan, med vikendom pa 200 eur/na dan. Ob prihodu je potrebno v lokalu TC Trnovo pustiti 50 eur varščine, ki jo dobite nazaj v primeru, da ni prišlo do poškodb, kraje inventarja in je piknik prostor po zaključku očiščen.
