In our tennis school, over the years, more than 600 players have trained. Naturally, there have been some who didn't find our approach suitable. However, we believe that we have enabled each individual to develop their tennis potential and provided them with the right foundations for the future of tennis. General<\/strong><\/strong><\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

These general terms determine the financial obligations between the provider, Tanko Sport Sports Association, I\u017eanska cesta 142c, 1000 Ljubljana, tax number: 75408732, registration number: 2051915000 (hereinafter referred to as the 'provider'), and the member of the association (hereinafter referred to as the 'payer'). The payer can be a member of the association or their legal representative (parent or guardian).<\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

Pricelist of services<\/strong><\/strong><\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

\r\n

The pricelist of services is published on the website\u00a0tankosport.si<\/a>\u00a0in the \"Price List\" tab. We reserve the right to change prices and payment terms at any time during the calendar year.<\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

\r\n

Membership fee<\/strong><\/strong><\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

\r\n

The payer pays the annual membership fee in a single amount of 20 EUR.<\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

\r\n

Training fee<\/strong><\/strong><\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

\r\n

The training fee is paid monthly through the mobile application Str8 Sets - the monthly installment amounts to 1\/10 of the annual training fee for the entire training program and is settled with automatic online payment via card on the 1st day of each month.
The annual training fee includes all sessions missed due to holidays, vacations, and any canceled training sessions during the tennis camp period and does not vary from month to month based on the actual number of sessions. If there are insufficient funds on the card for the payment of the monthly installment on the 1st of the month, Tanko Sport reserves the right to exclude the member from its programs and initiate enforcement proceedings against them.
The training season runs from September 1st to June 24th inclusive, with regular training sessions not taking place during holidays and school breaks. The training fee starts accruing from the day the registration is completed or from September 1st if the registration is completed before the start of the season.<\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

\r\n

Absence from training sessions<\/strong><\/strong><\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

\r\n

In case of justified absence, which includes illness or injury lasting more than four weeks and is reported in advance or within 7 days after the first absence via email\u00a0info@tankosport.si<\/a>the participant can make up for the missed session in another group only in agreement with the coach or management of the provider, provided that there is an available spot. Only a confirmed medical excuse is considered a justified absence. In case of absence from training for any reason, no refund is provided.<\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

Enrollment for the training program<\/strong><\/strong><\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

\r\n

By registering, the participant secures a spot in the group, a coach, program, equipment, and balls necessary for the entire training period. Enrollment is done via the online form 'Enrollment for the training program,' and new members also need to sign the Access Statement. If an existing member has any debts for training sessions from the previous season, enrollment in the training program is disabled until the debts are settled.<\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

Withdrawing from the training program<\/strong><\/strong><\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

\r\n

The payer has the right to withdraw from the enrollment at any time, by submitting the online form\u00a0Withdrawing from the training program<\/a>\u00a0in the \"Tennis School\" tab. The payer receives a confirmation of withdrawal via email, and from that moment on, it is considered that the payer has withdrawn from the registration and is no longer entitled to attend the training.\u00a0In case of withdrawal from the registration, the payer is obliged to settle the current installment and one additional training installment. This enables the provider to fill the spot in the training group during the interim period.\u00a0<\/strong>The annual membership fee is non-refundable in case of withdrawal by the payer from the training program.\u00a0Withdrawal from the training program is only possible if the payer has settled all obligations to the association up to the day of withdrawal.<\/strong>\u00a0If the payer has outstanding obligations, the provider will not issue a Certificate of Withdrawal.

Training program<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

\r\n

The training sessions of Tanko Sport Sports Association take place from Monday to Friday, annually for a period of 10 months \u2013 from September 1st to June 24th. However, they do not take place during holidays, school breaks, and during the tennis camp. In case the number of children in the training group decreases to less than 3, the association, with prior agreement with the payer, may rearrange the children into another training slot \u2013 merging groups. The child or the payer should arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the training session, wearing appropriate attire (sports gear, tennis shoes). Entry onto the tennis court is only allowed with appropriate footwear \u2013 tennis shoes suitable for use on a clay tennis court. The provider may prohibit entry to the court for the child or the payer in case of inadequate sports equipment \u2013 tennis shoes.

Responsibility<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p> <\/div>\r\n \n\n

\r\n

Participation in the training sessions and other programs of Tanko Sport Sports Association is voluntary and at the individual's own risk. Accident insurance for participants is not included in the price of services.
