To ensure a pleasant atmosphere and a smooth flow of events on our terrace, please follow the below reservation conditions.

The user undertakes to pay the booking for the volleyball/beach tennis court in accordance with the valid price list. In case of unpaid obligations, the user cannot make a reservation

Article 3
Reservation of the courtis possible exclusively via the website, phone or e-mail. In the case of abuse of the reservation system, the operator reserves the right to sanction the user who, in the opinion of the operator, abuses the booking system by blocking access to the booking system. The operator must inform the user immediately about the blocking.
Article 4
Booking cancellation is possible via the website, phone or e-mail, no later than 1 day before the start of the booked appointment. In case of cancellation, the user is entitled to payment of booking.
In case of late cancellation of the booking, the user is obliged to pay the costs of the booking, regardless of whether the court was used in the selected booking.
In case of sudden adverse weather conditions occurring less than 1 day before the start of booking (rain, storm, strong wind), the user is obliged to notify the operator of the cancellation of the booking due to weather conditions by sending an SMS to the phone number 070 552 173. If the user fails to notify the operator, they are obliged to pay the booking costs, regardless of whether the court was used due to weather conditions.
Article 5
Users undertake to respect the rules of play:
1. Users are obliged to end the game 5 minutes before the end of the reservation.
2. After use, the user must level the playing field with the appropriate tool.
3. Put the waste in the trash cans. Take care of order and cleanliness!
4. Follow the instructions of the staff.
5. The beach volleyball court is not a children's sandbox.
Article 6
Users use the volleyball/beach tennis courts at their own risk. During use, users are also responsible for the safety of everyone inside the fenced playgrounds.
⏱️ "What are the time restrictions for a court bookings?"
The playground can be reserved for a minimum of one and a maximum of two hours per day.
🚗 What about parking near the volleyball/beach tennis courts?
For tenants of the volleyball/beach tennis courts, parking is possible inside the tennis center next to the tennis ball, free of charge.
🎾🏐 Can I borrow a ball/racquets?
Sadly we don't have any balls or racquets available for renting.
📅 Since when is the season?
The volleyball season in TC Trnovo lasts from May - September, depending on the weather. We will keep you informed about the opening and duration of the season.
